Use Case: Format for the Exchange of Content Enhancements

The normal use case for this is where we provide a vendor with some of our content, such as a set of journals, and they send back enhancements of that content, such as extracted entities, extracted relations, article categorizations, etc. The first draft of that format was defined last year and is partially based on the OAC work, and the Annotation Ontology work. After we have gathered some experience with this draft we will be revising the format.
